XYCOM AUTOMATION ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF THE NEW PRO-FACE AGP3000 SERIES and GP-PRO EX SOFTWARE

Xycom Automation's Pro-face Brand Operator Interfaces, the most popular HMIs worldwide, announces the launch of the AGP3000 Series dedicated Operator Interfaces and GP-Pro EX HMI development software. The AGP3000 Series is a full line of analog resistive touch screen operator interfaces supported by self-guiding and intuitive GP-Pro EX software that emphasizes fast, efficient, easy-to-use HMI design.

The AGP3000 Series is brighter, crisper, clearer operator interface than previous Pro-face models and includes display sizes ranging from 6-inch to 15-inch. Monochrome, blue/white, STN and TFT screen types are available. This is the first product line that will be ROHS compliant, (the new mandatory lead-free directive from Europe) which will be important to OEMs shipping overseas. UL, cUL, Class I Div 2, CE certifications are standard for these units.

Pro-face has responded to the demand for powerful, yet easy-to-use, HMI development software with the launch of GP-Pro EX. We have exceeded our customers expectations by providing HMI software that includes significant time-saving screen creation features such as template creation, visual plc address object mapping, Unicode multi-language support, HMI application self-documentation wizard, multi-level security, and online manual. GP-PRO EX is designed for the beginner with very intuitive, self-guiding layout but with a host of additional impressive features for the experience user. GP-PRO EX has been very well received by customers at all Pro-face offices and has been complemented the world over.
