International Customer Service For Pro-face/Xycom Brand Products
For international support of Xycom brand products, customer service and repairs outside of North America, Pro-face has two additional service centers; Pro-face Japan (Digital Electronics Corporation), and Pro-face Germany (Pro-face Deutschland GmbH). New Application Support Phone Number
In an effort to provide our customers better service on ordering products, requesting a return material authorization number (RMA), and application support, Pro-face is implementing a new phone number that guarantees prompt responses to support requests. You can reach the Application Support Center at (734) 944-0482. The Application Support Center is open till 6:00 P.M. Eastern time.
