International Customer Service For Pro-face/Xycom Brand Products

For international support of Xycom brand products, customer service and repairs outside of North America, Pro-face has two additional service centers; Pro-face Japan (Digital Electronics Corporation), and Pro-face Germany (Pro-face Deutschland GmbH). Please contact North American Customer Service for additional information, or contact these international locations directly from our Global Support page.

Application Support Phone Number

In an effort to provide our customers Prompt service on ordering products, requesting a return material authorization number (RMA), and application support, Pro-face is implementing a new phone number that guarantees quick responses to support requests. You can reach the Application Support Center at 800-289-9266. The Application Support Center is open during normal business hours, Eastern time.
