Product Customization Services
For more than a decade, Pro-face/Xycom has been providing product integration services to meet individual customer needs. As more customers are looking for a one-stop shopping house for their business needs, Pro-face has expanded its' role in matching those requirements.
Product integration services are currently offered through the Product Customization department at Pro-face. Many of these standard integrations are done while maintaining Agency Approvals. In cases where the Agency Approvals are not met, it can be accomplished through our Engineering department at a reasonable cost if requested by the customer.
Finally, all of our integrated and customized products are validated for functionality according to Pro-face standard testing procedures.

* When testing is completed by UL labs, a cUL mark is applied. This means that it meets CSA standards.

Enclosures
In collaboration with our suppliers, Pro-face also provides NEMA and non-NEMA rated enclosures that can be fully wired with our units to meet our customers' needs. The following options are available with our enclosures:- Heat exchange mechanism
- Airflow calculations
- Extension arm and pedestals
- Customized color (non-standard)
Warranty
Custom components are covered under the base product's warranty.
