Here you will find information about our industry leading repair services for North America. We understand the importance of excellent service when trouble occurs on the factory floor. We lead the industry in warranty and repair turnaround time.

About Our Repair Services

No worries support and service. It is our goal to provide the longest repair service and support possible on our products. We strive to provide service and support for many years long after product discontinuation occurs.

We also have a refurbished store that may offer an alternative to a repair. A recommended product migration path can be found under the discontinued products section of our website.

Our experienced staff of senior level repair technicians provide an industry leading average repair turnaround with the vast majority of repairs being completed in 3 days or less. Products serviced by Pro-face get a comprehensive and in-depth repair and complete review that only an OEM can provide.

On-Site Repair

Have an emergency? On-site repair service can be arranged for selected Pro-face and Xycom brand products. Get the ball rolling by calling 734-944-0482 or by contacting our internal support group via email at support@profaceamerica.com.

Warranty Repairs

All repairs are first-in first-out whether in or out of warranty (Expedited services are the only exception). Repair services are covered under warranty for 90-days or the length of the unit’s remaining factory warranty period (whichever is longer).

Global Repair and Service Centers

We offer service and support centers worldwide. If you have a warranty repair or product failure outside of North America, we have offices that can help. Contact your local Pro-face office who will assist you in getting your product repaired. Repair may take place locally within your country or at the nearest repair center. Returning Equipment: Getting Started

Fill out the RMA Form - All repairs including warranty start with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.
Fill out our RMA Request Form Now

Note: You can request “Expedited” Services on the RMA form for a small additional fee.

Checking Repair Status - Contact our Customer Service department at: ph 734-944-0482 or email at rmasupport@profaceamerica.com with any questions or to find out the status of your repair, once your RMA form has been filled out and processed.
