On-Site training Information
Pro-face courses are offered to provide our customers with a strong base of knowledge in our hardware & software products. Extensive thought and preparation have gone into these quality training programs to empower our customers with valuable knowledge and hands-on experience.
It is our goal to provide the very best training so that our customers can take newly-gained knowledge and experience to apply in their own jobs and industries.
We are now offering training courses throughout North America on demand, via our network of local Pro-face Technical staff. Courses can be conducted for individual companies or at mixed group classes via your local Pro-face Channel Partner.
Classes are currently available for the following subjects:- GP-Pro PBIII C03............GP/GLC2000 Series HMI
- GP-Pro EX............AGP/AST3000 Series HMI
- LT3000...........LT3000 Series HMI+Control
- ProServer-EX...........Network integration of HMI and Control Products
Classes are either 1 or 2 days duration depending on content.
Customized training can also be arranged to meet customer needs.

Pro-face Learning Center
Pro-face’s Learning Center provides a new Self Study section on the Pro-face America Technical Support site that has something for everyone who wants to know more about our products.
It starts with a series of self-paced tutorials which can take you from Beginner to Pro, and includes a project file with a completed tutorial project that you can take away to test and reinforce your knowledge.
Our new Multimedia tutorials are designed to give you 24/7 access to self study presentations.
For example if you're a brand new AGP/LT customer you can just sit back and relax in front of your computer and receive expert tuition on how to use these HMIs. It takes you from "Out of the box", to building your first screens, downloading, using simulation, and even creating Alarm screens. All in the space of 30 minutes!
If you want to learn on the go, you can choose between playing these videos straight off the Web using your browser, or download Podcast versions and play them offline on your PC or iPod/iPhone.
