1. How Do I Create An Channel Partner Web Site Account?
If you are a Channel Partner of Pro-face and would like to have an Channel Partner Web Site Account created, please fill out our "Partner Registration Form" located on the Log In page at: http://www.profaceamerica.com/cgi-bin/register.pl.
2. I Forgot My Password. How Do I Get It?
Go to: http://www.profaceamerica.com/cgi-bin/lost_password.pl and type in your personal company email address. If you already have an account and the system was able to locate the email that you typed in, it will automatically send your password to you.
3. Where Do I Find Price Lists?
You will need to log into the Channel Partner Web Site and click the "Price Lists" link to access this information.
4. Where Do I Find the Literature Order Form?
Log in to the Channel Partner Web Site and click the "Literature Order Form" link.
5. How Do I Change My Email Address?
In order to ensure that the Channel Partner Web Site is accessible only to our Channel Partners, any requests for email changes will need to be verified by the Pro-face Sales Department. You may request to change your email address by clicking the "Change My Email Address" link upon logging in.
