 A visually stunning multi-port, multi-media 15 inch dedicated operator interface touch screen. The AGP3750 is part of the latest line of Pro-face brand operator interfaces. The bright, crisp, and clear XGA display of this model is complemented with a high resolution no-grid analog resistive touch screen for a higher level of screen clarity and part placement.
The multi-port, multi-media features include direct video and audio inputs, audio output, Ethernet, USB, RS232, 422, 485 serial ports plus Direct MPI. This unit includes support for multiple simultaneous protocols. At any one time, four different protocols can be active simultaneously making the AGP3750 one of the most versatile operator interfaces on the market today.
For OEMs and intensive HMI data logging applications, a CompactFlash port is included for storing high resolution images, data logging or in-field application upgrades. CompactFlash cards with up to 512Mb in storage are available.
New Self-Guiding intuitive GP-PRO EX software speeds up and simplifies HMI application development and enables the AGP3750 to display video images from four cameras at one time, accept sound input from a microphone and produce clear audio output instructions to machine operators.

Use the Built-in CF Card Interface for Data Logging and Trending
The CF Card used with the AGP3000 requires no battery to retain stored data. Easily back up various types of data, for logging, trending and historical documentation. Data can be uploaded over an Ethernet network using Pro-Server EX or recalled to be displayed locally on the HMI screen.
Capture Jpeg Images from Video Cameras
Using the option GP2000-VM41 4 channel video mix module, images can be stored on the CF card based on internal and external event or trigger parameters. Ideal for troubleshooting machine breakdown, or storing product images for quality control verification and reporting.
Perform Field Upgrades of your HMI Application without software
Not only can you back-up your HMI application to CF card, you can also perform field upgrades with the CF card. Switch settings on the AGP3000 to allow an HMI application to load from a CompactFlash card to allow in-field upgrades. This is ideal for OEM machine builders as they only need to send a CF card to their customers with their HMI screen enhancements. No software is required!!
Store and recall .wav files for Audio Output
Store .wav files on CF card and Alert an operator of an alarm or status change via an audio message. Create clear instructive audio messages in any language, giving machine operators concise direction.

Bar Code and 2D matrix Reader Compatibility
The AGP3000 is compatible with both types of bar code readers. Using these bar code data formats you can collect 84 to 1000 times more data than conventional bar code readers. Bar code reader setup is easily accomplished by selecting one simple check box in GP-PRO EX HMI Development software.

Expanded Networking and Connectivity
Pro-face Brand of Operator Interfaces are known world-wide for their PLC and network protocol connectivity. In addition to the serial, Ethernet and USB communication ports, Optional Field Networking communication modules can be added to the back of the AGP3600. NEW Pro-Server EX Low Cost Data Sharing and Data Integration
Collect data from your AGP3000 unit and using Pro-Server EX installed on a PC for easy data integration into your ERP, MRP or other Windows-based reporting system
Optional Pro-Server EX software allows a host PC to collect PLC, Controller, or Productivity data via an AGP3000 Operator Interface. Integration into common applications such as Microsoft Excel or Access database is accomplished via ODBC, DDE, DLL, etc.
Use Pro-Server Ex to provide data for automatic report generation, productivity analysis and quality control improvements.
Quick and Accurate Data Logging from the Factory Floor
No need to buy a full blown SCADA package or protocol specific servers. The AGP3000 simplifies collecting data from 3rd party controllers using various protocols, while Pro-Server simplifies the transfer of this data into the Windows environment where it can be shared with other Windows-based software packages such as Excel or SQL Server database.
