Xycom Automation's new 5012KPMT flat panel touch monitors feature high performance with great brightness, contrast and viewing angle specifications in both dimensions.
The 5012KPMT utilizes a 12.1", 800 x 600, 260,000 color Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD. This display is high performance with great brightness, contrast and viewing angle specifications. State-of-the-art scaling engines allow lower resolution images to be smoothly expanded to fill the full LCD display area. High reliability backlights provide 50,000 hours of service life.
Solidly engineered and tested with features like powdered coated die-cast aluminum front bezels, custom molded gaskets and fully laminated touchscreen - keyboard assemblies, the 5012KPMT boasts a two-year warranty. With less than 2.9 inches of mounting depth, and 19 inches in width, the 7U high 5012KPMT can be RETMA rack mounted or panel mounted in any NEMA 4/4X/12 enclosure. 120/240 V AC input power is standard with 24V DC input power optionally available.

Customizable Membrane Keypad
The 5012KPM(T) is equipped with sealed tactile 74-position membrane keypads that provide full alphanumeric and function key operator input. 40 of the keys are special function keys that are relegendable. (There are replaceable slide-in insert strips that allow customers to customize the key legends.) With the included programming utility, keyboard scan codes can be modified and strings of keystrokes can be programmed into selected keys, providing the ultimate in input flexibility.

High Performance Displays
State-of-the-art Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD's are used in the new 5012KPM(T) monitors. The 5012KPM(T) utilizes a 12" SVGA (800 x 600) LCD. The LCD has wide vertical and horizontal viewing angles, as well as excellent brightness and contrast. Built-in scaling engines allow lower resolution images to be displayed full-size with excellent image quality (640 x 480). Long life backlights ensure years of dependable performance.
